AVAA AI Studio
Facebook Page integration

Privacy policy

For AVAA AI Studio Publisher, the owner-operated Facebook Page integration that helps turn viewer song requests into original songs.

Last updated: 7 November 2026

Who operates the service

AVAA AI Studio operates the AVAA AI Studio Publisher integration for its own Facebook Page. Viewers submit song ideas through Facebook comments; they do not need an AVAA account or to sign in to AVAA.

For questions about this notice or your request information, contact avaaaistudio@gmail.com.

Information the integration uses

When authorized collection is enabled, AVAA reads eligible public, top-level comments on the Page's relevant published videos. The service may store:

  • The Facebook comment identifier, comment text, creation time and collection time.
  • The author's Facebook identifier and display name, when Facebook provides them.
  • The source Page, post or video identifiers, public post link and publication time.
  • Request eligibility, owner review decisions, selection and rejection history, duplicate-prevention records, and links between a request, its generated song and any publication.

Please do not include passwords, financial details, private contact information or other sensitive information in a song request. Your Facebook comment is a public submission, and a selected song may reflect the story you share.

How we use it

AVAA uses request information to identify song requests, avoid repeat selections and duplicate songs, make random selections among eligible requests, generate original songs, and let the owner review songs before approving publication. Selection is not a promise that a request will be chosen or published.

For a selected request, the song's caption may publicly credit the requester's display name. The generated song may convey elements of the submitted story. A requested song is designated for the platform where the request originated.

Processing and disclosure

The AVAA application and its song-generation workflow run on the operator's local service, with owner access controls. Facebook supplies Page information through the authorized integration. Approved videos and captions are sent to Facebook when the owner enables and authorizes publication.

This public documentation site is hosted by Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process technical connection information when serving these pages under its own privacy policy. These pages do not contain analytics scripts, advertising trackers or a request-submission form.

AVAA does not sell viewer request data. Public requester credit and published song content can be seen by the post's audience. Facebook's own handling of comments, accounts and published material is governed by its privacy policy. If you email us, your email provider and ours also process that correspondence.

Retention

Request records are kept to manage pending requests, review decisions, generated songs and publication history. The system retains request revisions and repeat-prevention history, including identifiers or derived fingerprints, so restarting the service or removing a song does not cause the same request to be selected again.

There is currently no automatic fixed expiry for viewer request records. Retention of finished video files is handled separately; a video-file retention setting does not automatically erase comments, request history or publication records. Copies in backups and records linked to published material may require separate review when a deletion request is made.

Your choices and deletion requests

You can manage your original comment using Facebook's available controls. A later complete collection can mark a missing comment as removed and ineligible for new selection, but this does not automatically erase a stored request, earlier review history or already published material.

To ask about, correct or request deletion of information AVAA holds about your request, follow our data-deletion instructions or email us. We may need enough information to locate the record and confirm that the request concerns you. We will review the request and explain applicable limits involving published content, necessary history or backups.

Requesting deletion from AVAA does not automatically delete a Facebook comment or a copy held by Facebook or another person.
