Data-deletion instructions
How to request review and deletion of information held by AVAA AI Studio Publisher about your Facebook song request.
Last updated: 7 November 2026
1. Contact AVAA
Email avaaaistudio@gmail.com with the subject AVAA data deletion request.
Include enough information to find the request:
- A link to the Facebook comment or the AVAA Page video where you submitted it.
- The display name used for the comment and its approximate date.
- A short description or excerpt identifying the song request, and what information you want reviewed or deleted.
Do not email your Facebook password, access tokens, financial information or identity documents. We may ask for a proportionate way to confirm that the request concerns you.
2. Review of AVAA-held records
Deletion requests are handled manually. The operator will review the information needed to locate your comment record and any linked selection, song, requester credit or publication history.
We will explain what can be removed or changed and any limitations involving published material, records needed to prevent repeat selection, or backup copies. There is no automatic deletion endpoint on this page, and sending an email does not immediately remove a song or record.
3. Manage the original Facebook comment
To remove the original comment, use Facebook's own comment controls. AVAA does not automatically delete Facebook comments when it receives a data-deletion request.
If the integration later completes another collection and finds that a comment is missing, it can mark the request removed and ineligible for future selection. That status does not by itself erase the previously stored text, earlier review history, a published song, or copies held by Facebook or other people.
Which information these instructions cover
These instructions cover the AVAA-held copy of viewer request information and its associated records. Facebook account information and data held by Facebook remain subject to Facebook's own controls and processes.
Read the privacy policy for the information used by the integration, requester credit and retention.
